This year I’ll be doing something different on the blog – actually updating it! Randomly broadcasting new work felt uncomfortably like bragging so I never did it. But regular documentation is a perfect fit for me. I’ve been writing down what I do everyday since 1983! You can ask me what I was doing on October 10, 1991 and I can tell you. April 19, 2002? No problem.

How about January 9, 2011? Funny you should ask. On that day, I’ll begin posting LAB Reports, a weekly update from Lili and Ben. The LAB Reports might have pictures of projects, perhaps funny anecdotes, or maybe even sources of inspiration. I can’t predict the future, but I can guarantee there will be 52 stories from the studio ready to be told.

Throughout the year, we have been distributing our official mousepads. They were designed by us in upstate New York, produced by a manufacturer in Alaska, and now many of them are  on the desks of our clients in NYC. They can be on your desk too!
